Monolith
Terms of Use
Last updated October 6, 2026
These terms cover your use of Monolith at monolith.exchange (the “app”). By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What Monolith is
Monolith is a web interface for swapping tokens on Solana. It asks Jupiter for a route and a price, shows you the quote, and passes the transaction you sign in your own wallet to Jupiter, which lands it on Solana.
- Monolith never holds your funds, keys or seed phrase, and can't move your tokens without your signature.
- Monolith is not a broker, exchange, custodian, bank or financial adviser.
- Swaps settle on Solana through third-party protocols that Monolith doesn't control.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. You can't use Monolith if you are on a sanctions list, are in a country or region under comprehensive sanctions, or if using it is against the law where you are. You are responsible for following the laws, including tax rules, that apply to you.
Your wallet and your transactions
You choose the tokens, the amount and the slippage, and you approve every transaction in your wallet, so check the details before you sign. Transactions on Solana are final: once confirmed, Monolith can't cancel, reverse or refund them. Keep your wallet secure. Monolith will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
Fees
When Jupiter can collect it, Monolith charges a fee of 0.5% of the swap, through Jupiter's referral program. The fee is part of every quote and shown before you sign. If our fee can't be collected for a token pair, Jupiter may charge its own fee instead, and the quote says so. You also pay Solana network fees. Fees may change; the quote always shows the current fee.
Risks
Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose some or all of what you swap. Among other things:
- Anyone can create a token. Some are scams, can't be sold, or lose their value. A token appearing in Monolith, or carrying a verified badge, is not an endorsement.
- Prices move between the quote and the swap. Slippage and price impact can give you less than the quote shows, down to your minimum received.
- Transactions can fail, and failed transactions may still cost network fees.
- Smart contracts, wallets, Solana and other services can have bugs, outages or attacks.
- Token names, logos, prices and badges come from third parties and may be wrong.
XP, levels and leaderboards
XP, levels, streaks, GMs, boosts, seasons, referrals and leaderboards are a game to make swapping more fun. XP is not a token or a security, has no cash value, can't be transferred, sold or redeemed, and gives you no right to anything. We may change the rules, multipliers, seasons and levels, pause or end the program, and adjust, reset or remove XP, for example to undo abuse such as wash trading, splitting activity across wallets or exploiting a bug. We don't promise any future reward.
Display names
Display names must not impersonate anyone, mislead, harass, or be offensive or unlawful. We may change or remove any name.
Acceptable use
Don't use Monolith for anything illegal, including money laundering, sanctions evasion or market manipulation. Don't attack or overload the app, scrape it at abusive rates, or try to break it or its XP system. If you find a bug, please report it instead of using it.
No advice
Nothing on Monolith is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Do your own research.
Third-party services
Monolith relies on services it doesn't control, including Jupiter, Solana, wallet apps, RPC providers and token data sources. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for them.
Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or stop the app or any feature at any time, and may limit or block access where we think it's needed, for example for security or legal reasons.
Disclaimers
Monolith is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the app, quotes or data will be accurate, available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Monolith and the people behind it aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost tokens, lost data or trading losses, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Monolith in the three months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Indemnity
If your misuse of Monolith or a breach of these terms leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the resulting losses and costs, to the extent the law allows.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Using Monolith after an update means you accept the new terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
